We're committed to helping you
I bring over 20 years of clinical experience providing counseling services across a wide range of settings, including community agencies, crisis centers, residential treatment facilities, outpatient group programs, and private practice. These diverse experiences have shaped a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy that meets clients where they are.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2004 and completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Towson University in 2006. I am also a mother of school-aged children and have chosen Southern Maryland as the place to raise my family and build my practice.
I opened my private practice in 2013, and it has been an incredibly meaningful journey. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside each client and family I serve. My experience allows me to support individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges with care, respect, and evidence-based practices.
It would be an honor to support you—or your family member—as you work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
